Just your average sea day. I took exactly three photos today, and you get to see all of them.

The Club is one of the, well, clubs aboard the Celebrity Apex. I spent some time in here working on this blog.

A dim lounge aboard the ship with a dark grey ceiling, floor-to-ceiling gold-beige curtains, and a large wall-mounted screen showing a purple and green graphic reading THE CLUB — SOCIAL HOUR, EVERY HOUR. Grouped seating fills the room: pale grey and blush tub chairs, a tan curved banquette with mauve and floral cushions, burgundy velvet armchairs, and round white marble-topped cocktail tables. Two globe floor lamps glow, and a small teal stage light is fixed to the ceiling. The carpet is dark blue with a pale geometric pattern. The room is empty of people.

A wider view down the same lounge toward its bar. Recessed ceiling panels are lit warm gold with deep blue cove lighting between them, and green illuminated exit signs hang from the beams. On the right, a long bar runs the length of the wall with backlit vertical light fixtures, tiered shelves of liquor bottles, and a row of rust-red barstools with black bases; two bartenders in dark uniforms work behind it. Rust-red banquettes and grey tub chairs line the floor, one foreground chair upholstered in a bright multicolored floral print. At the far left a handful of guests sit in a blue-lit alcove beside a neon wall sign. The carpet is grey with a gold houndstooth pattern.

And then some time in the spa binge-watching Widow’s Bay, which is fantastic (IMO).
